Where We Are
Foard County is located in north Texas, just east of the panhandle bottom and about 20 miles south of the Red River.
The county seat is Crowell, which is almost centered in the county. The counties surrounding us are
Hardeman County in the north, between us and the river, and
Wilbarger County to the east.
King County,
Knox County and
Baylor County share our southern line and
Cottle County is to the west of us.
